  18. When you have an ATI card and select from certain small menus in a Visual
  19. C++ application, your system stops responding (hangs).

  24. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and
  25. Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in
  26. the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced
  27. Server version 3.1. For information on obtaining the Service Pack,
